The deadline for reservation payment is 3pm, 1 day prior to the tour date. Late reservations maybe subject to change, cancellation or refund. Reservations are subject to a 50% partial refund if you decide to cancel more than 48 hours before the tour date and there is strictly no refund if no-show or cancelled within 48 hours of departure date. The Nassau to Exuma Day Trip is ticketed by Bahamas Air Tours Inc. and operated by our supplier based in Staniel Cay. Each participant is required to complete a signed waiver before their tour. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT INCLUDES COVERAGE AGAINST IRRECOVERABLE CANCELLATION COSTS. You must check for your Email Confirmation after reservation. Check that you received it to the correct email address and that the Tour Date and Group Size is correct, we are unable to offer refunds for errors made by Customers during the reservation process.
