The resort and its beautiful grounds are one of the newest properties in Nassau.
Besides being one of Jimmy Buffet’s most iconic songs, “Margaritaville” is also the name of his hospitality company. With dozens of current locations and more properties opening in the upcoming years, Buffet’s brand has been able to spread the laidback state of mind across the United States and around the world.
Despite the global pandemic, Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau opened in 2021 after years of development and $350 million of investment funds. Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour opened at that time as well, giving travelers the option to stay at luxury residences.
Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour features over 100 residences, with studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. A Studio King offers 550 to 750 square feet of space, with rates starting at $292 (as of 2024*).
More spacious options increase that price point by hundreds of dollars, with the most expensive Presidential Suite option costing $2,899.

All of the One Particular Harbour Nassau residences have a set of amenities that put them a notch above their standard Margaritaville Resort Nassau counterparts. These include kitchens or kitchenettes, a dining space, designer accent chairs, and luxurious robes and slippers. Oceanfront balconies with seating are also present in every residence.

One of the most luxurious properties on the island, The Pointe is the property that encompasses Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour, the standard Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau, and the British Colonial Nassau. The hotel pool is beautiful and exclusive.
Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour has a gorgeous pool that only guests staying at the residences can enjoy. This creates a much more secluded feeling environment, and with numerous lounge chairs and a hot tub, makes relaxing a breeze.

The Margaritaville waterpark is one of the highlights of the resort.
While Margaritaville guests don’t have access to OPH, OPH guests can access the Margaritaville amenities. This includes the resort’s exciting waterpark, Fins Up Waterpark.
Featuring several slides, numerous pools, and a lazy river, the waterpark is a great place for kids and families to visit, in particular.
If you get hungry or need a tropical drink to beat the heat, the waterpark is also steps away from several of the resort’s eateries.
Nassau and nearby Paradise Island are full of beautiful beaches, with two exceptionally pretty beaches being right in front of Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour.
Junkanoo Beach is the lively strip behind Margaritaville Nassau Bahamas, whereas the British Colonial Hotel has a private beach on the opposite side of OPH. Both are lovely and feature excellent views of Nassau Harbour.
While Junkanoo Beach can get busy during the day, the semi-private beach in front of the nearby British Colonial Nassau doesn’t. As a guest at Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour, you’ll have access to the beach. Make sure to use it when you want a break from the crowds!

Given its location near Junkanoo Beach and Downtown Nassau, Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour is easy to get to from Lynden Pindling International Airport. The hotel is around 20 minutes away, with a taxi being the easiest way to make that journey.
Travelers arriving in Nassau at the cruise terminal can reach the resort on foot in a matter of minutes. While a day pass doesn’t let you visit Nassau Margaritaville One Particular Harbour, it will allow you to visit the resort’s water park. Day pass rates for the waterpark are $110 for adults and $55 for children (as of 2024*).
