Hattie Cay’s pristine beach and sandbar provides the perfect tropical island experience

Perched at the highest elevation at this private island bahamas lies the master bedroom suite, its octagonal design offering panoramic vistas in every direction. Here, a king-size bed awaits, accompanied by split-unit air-conditioning, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a fully enclosed bathroom. Adjacent to the master suite, the main outdoor lounging area, dining space, and kitchen provide the epitome of “glamping” luxury in the Exumas. The outdoor kitchen, shielded from the elements, boasts a striking cobalt blue Wedgewood gas range stove and grill, complemented by a cozy nook featuring a flat-screen TV for those seeking a brief reconnection with the outside world.

As you traverse the boardwalk to the opposite end of the island, passing by the main dock entrance adorned with a Balinese daybed and gazebo, you’ll arrive at the second bedroom suite. Like its counterpart, this octagonal bungalow offers 360-degree views and is furnished with a king-size bed, split-unit air-conditioning, bathroom, and a hot water outdoor shower.

Hattie Cay provides modern amenities including full-time electricity, air conditioning, television, internet access, and water toys. Additionally, we are delighted to assist with food provisioning, chef services, guided excursions, fishing trips, and boat rentals to enhance your island experience.

Island Cottages (sleeps 6)

The bedroom cottages on Hattie Cay private island Bahamas are separated by about 50m, the meandering island path connects them. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and can be fully opened to the ocean breezes during the day. Bedding and towels provided.

Bedroom 1: Main Cottage: Embracing the whispers of the ocean, this suite features wooden shutters framing picturesque water vistas. Its proximity to the outdoor “glamping” kitchen and a sheltered outdoor shower adds convenience. At night, the dim lighting sets the stage for a breathtaking celestial display. Positioned on the at the highest elevation, you go down a few wooden steps to the outdoor shower and a few more steps to the restroom and sink.

Bedroom 2: Guest House: Relax in the tranquility offered by regular glass windows, a well-appointed deck, and a prime view of stunning sunsets. This suite boasts an outdoor bathroom that seamlessly merges practicality with a mesmerizing panorama. The Guest House bathroom is located adjacent, just 10 feet outside the room with a beautiful setup and view.

Bedroom 3: Cave House: Carved into the rock and nestled just steps from the gentle waves, this suite provides a secluded sanctuary in harmony with nature’s essence. The Cave room has an outdoor covered bathroom and shower with a spectacular view.
